After missing Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat, the Boston Celtics have officially listed Al Horford as available for Thursday Nights game 2.
The starting center, who was out due to the NBA’s health and safety protocols was a crucial loss for Boston’s interior defence. Since mid-December, the Celtics have been 42-14 with Horford, and just 3-7 throughout the games he missed, a 45% decrease.
Luckily for Boston Marcus Smart is returning from a right mid-foot sprain, and will be able to fill in for Derrick White.
